Doctor Alejandro Duque is a Physician and Surgeon of the University of Caldas, Manizales. He received his training as a Plastic Surgeon from the Juan N. Corpas University at the Hospital Clínica San Rafael and studied to graduate as a specialist sub-specialist in Oncological Plastic Surgery at the Javeriana University and the National Cancer Institute. I also completed an internship as a fellow visitor at the Institute of Plastic Surgery, New York University.
The combination of knowledge between reconstructive and aesthetic procedures has allowed her to offer her patients comprehensive care.
Doctor Duque worked for 12 years in the National Institute of Cancerology, where as head of the Service, he promoted the development of techniques of breast reconstruction, facial reconstruction and breast reconstruction, turning it into a pioneer Plastic Surgery service in Latin America. He has been recognized as a lecturer in multiple international scientific events, including the Central American and Caribbean Congress, held in the month of March in Guatemala in 2015.
The 15 years he has spent in his private practice offers his aesthetic surgery patients an excellent criterion to choose the best technique to meet the expectations of the expected results.
