In some particular cases, and when the stage of the cancer is initial, reconstruction can be done with retro-muscular implants that would be the simplest technique.
Indications
- Patients with a very early stage of cancer.
- Patient with a thin frame and small breasts
- Patient who does not go to complementary radiotherapy.
Anesthesia
It is always done under general anesthesia.
Postoperative
- Does not require hospitalization.
- Minimum physical activity in the first 8 days.
- Place ice for 15 minutes every two hours.
- 15 days disability
